Zagreb (hereinafter: AGRAM MOTO) or in any way that may cause damage to AGRAM MOTO or any third party. Documents, data and information published on these websites can only be used for the individual needs of the user, while respecting all copyright and ownership rights and the rights of third parties.

By using the content of these websites, the user accepts (i) all risks arising from the use of these websites and accepts (ii) to use the content of these websites exclusively for personal use and at his own risk. When using the services listed on the website, participants must also be familiar with and agree to the terms of use of the service, that is, they must confirm the following:

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS: As a condition of my participation in the QUAD & BUGGY ADVENTURE ride, I declare that I volunteered, that I participate solely at my own risk and that I am aware of the possible risks that this ride contains. By signing this statement, I release the organizer, others and third parties from responsibility for eventual accidents, injuries, impairment of health and any other material and non-material damage that I have caused and that may arise as a result of my participation in the ride. Also, I waive the right to compensation for eventual accidents, injuries, impairment of health and any other material and non-material damages that I have suffered and that may arise as a result of my participation in driving. I take full responsibility for the damage I do to the vehicle I borrowed and/or for the damage I do to any other person or property.
2. COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES: I declare that I am familiar with all driving rules, and by signing this statement I confirm that I understand and accept them. I undertake to comply with all rules and all written and oral instructions given by the authorized persons of the organizer. I accept that non-compliance with the indicated rules may result in exclusion from driving.
3. DECLARATION OF AGE: Participants on the QUAD & BUGGY ADVENTURE ride must be at least 18 years of age and have passed the B category. I undertake to provide proof of my age at the request of the organizer.
4. STATEMENT OF HEALTH: I declare that I am medically fit to drive a vehicle and participate in the QUAD & BUGGY ADVENTURE ride.
5. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA: By signing this declaration, I give my consent, in accordance with the data protection law, that my personal data can be used for the purpose of booking and using vehicles and equipment and that they will not be used for other purposes. Also, with my signature, I confirm the truthfulness of the data.
6. MEDIA RELEASES: By signing this statement, I give the organizer of the QUAD & BUGGY ADVENTURE ride my consent and agree to the free use of my photos and recorded video materials for the purpose of promoting the organizer. For the purpose of informing the public about the work of the organizer, I give my consent for the publication of my photos and video material in the media and on websites owned by the organizer. Any use of my photos and/or recorded materials for purposes not described here and/or their transmission to any third party is prohibited. The same applies to photos and videos of me in person.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS: I declare that I voluntarily sign this document, that I understand the responsibility of my signature and agree to the conditions described above.

The statement is signed on the spot, stating the name, surname, address, OIB and driver's license. For any additional questions, we are at your disposal.
